What Big Tex provides
Big Tex Hospitality Management Advisors provides advisory and oversight services to hotel owners, as described on the Services and Pricing pages. Big Tex is not a hotel management company. It does not take operational control of a property, employ your staff, or sign a management agreement on your behalf. You remain the owner and are responsible for your property and its operations.
Plans and fees
Fractional RDO is $199 per property per month with a $499 setup fee. Fractional HMC is $499 per property per month with a $999 setup fee. Portfolio Partnership pricing is quoted for the portfolio. The optional Director of Sales add-on is $299 per property per month. Fees are per property and are not tied to revenue or profit.
Free trial and setup
The setup fee covers onboarding and your first 30 days. There is no separate monthly charge during those 30 days. Monthly fees begin after the trial period.
Month to month, and cancelling
Plans run month to month. You may cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice, with no penalty. You may change plans or add the Director of Sales add-on at any month boundary.
No guarantee of results
Advice and reporting are based on the information you provide and on professional judgment. Big Tex does not guarantee any particular financial or operational result.
Confidentiality
Information you share about your property, finances and staff is used to provide the services and is not sold or shared for marketing.
