Everything a managementcompany does — minus the cut.
Everything you'd expect from a third-party hotel management company — without the revenue cut, and without losing control of your business. This is fractional advisory: you stay in charge. Every parameter is set per property at onboarding.
Onboarding Audit
Three days, fully dedicated, before the monthly cadence begins — included in your setup fee.
What onboarding sets up
- Your custom property oversight dashboard
- Goals and benchmarks for the property, set with you
- The monthly call schedule and reporting cadence
- Payroll and P&L review (Complete plan)
See what's working. See what's not.
Every plan includes a custom dashboard for your property — what's on track, what's not, and the goals you and Big Tex set together.
The Dashboard
A live view of what's working and what's not at your property, with goals you can adjust as priorities change.
Humanized Oversight
The dashboard, plus three days a week of real interaction with staff on-site — nothing goes unturned, and you're looped in the moment something becomes an issue.
Right Tech Stack & ROI
Advisory on the tech stack your property runs on, so what you're paying for is actually worth what you're paying.
What happens every month.
The recurring rhythm behind both plans — the calls, the reports, and the check-ins that replace a full-time management contract.

What we don’t do.
Knowing where an advisor stops is worth as much as knowing where they start.
The things owners ask first.
No. We don't sign a management agreement, run payroll, or take operational control of the property. We're an outside advisor providing oversight, calls, reporting, and hiring guidance — your team stays in charge day to day.
No. Both plans are a flat monthly fee per property, regardless of how the property performs. That's the point — the advice isn't tied to your top line.
Essential's onboarding is three dedicated days, done remotely. Complete's onboarding is three dedicated days on-site, in person — including a full property walk, payroll oversight setup, and P&L review.
Your setup fee covers onboarding and your first 30 days — not a separate add-on charge. After that first month, the plan runs month to month at its regular monthly rate.
Yes, at any month boundary, on either plan, for an additional $299/mo.
Opening, conversion and transition services cover pre-opening properties, brand conversions and ownership changes — reach out and we'll scope it before your doors open.
Try it free for 30 days.
No contract, no pressure — start the trial, get the calls and reporting on your calendar, and decide for yourself if it's worth the flat fee.
