Common questions.
How is this different from a hotel management company?
A management company signs a management agreement, takes operational control and is usually paid a percentage of revenue plus incentive fees, often for years. Fractional HMC is oversight only: your team keeps running the hotel, you keep control, and you pay a flat monthly fee, month to month.
Will you run payroll or sign contracts for us?
No. We oversee and advise. Payroll, contracts and day-to-day decisions stay with your team and you.
What happens during the in-person onboarding?
Three days on site: a full property walk, an operations and standards audit, payroll oversight setup and a P&L review, ending with your dashboard and goals.
