What does a regional director of operations do at a hotel?
A regional director of operations (RDO) oversees several general managers for an owner or management company: reviewing performance, setting priorities, approving key hires and holding the operation to standard. A fractional RDO provides that oversight part time, for a flat fee.
Is Fractional RDO enough for my property?
It fits properties with a capable GM where the owner mainly needs a clear view and an experienced sounding board. If you want hands-on P&L, payroll and brand-standards work with quarterly visits, Fractional HMC is the better fit.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You can move to Fractional HMC at any month boundary.
