Your numbers stay yours.
Owners share P&Ls, payroll and agreements with us. Here is exactly how that information is handled, who can see it and what happens to it when an engagement ends.
Only you see your account
The owner portal enforces access in the database itself: each owner can read only their own properties and history. A signed-in user cannot see another owner’s data, and visitors who are not signed in cannot see any.
Limited staff access
Inside the firm, client data is available only to advisors working on your account, through a staff console that checks each person’s confirmed account before showing anything.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
The website and portal run over HTTPS. Portal data and form submissions are stored with established cloud providers (Cloudflare for the website, Supabase for the database) that encrypt stored data.
Used only to serve you
Your financials, staff details and agreements are used to deliver your engagement. They are never sold, shared for marketing, or used to benchmark you by name.
Confidentiality in writing
A mutual non-disclosure agreement is available before you share financials or a management agreement, and confidentiality terms are part of every client agreement.
Returned or deleted when you leave
When an engagement ends, you can ask for your reports and history to be returned and for your data to be deleted from our systems.
Independence
Advice that isn’t for sale.
A flat fee only works if the advice behind it is independent.
No vendor kickbacks
We do not accept referral fees or commissions from vendors we recommend to clients.
Relationships disclosed
If anyone at the firm has a business relationship with a vendor relevant to your property, we tell you before making a recommendation.
Nothing priced on your revenue
Fees are flat per property, so no recommendation earns us more if your top line grows.
